Guarantee Policy

This site is intended for Canadian residents only and all prices are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated.

This Guarantee Policy has been updated by D+H effective June 4, 2004 and is part of and subject to the web site usage agreement (the "Agreement") that is also disclosed and posted elsewhere on this web site. For the purpose of this Guarantee, "D+H" means D+H Cheque Services Corporation.

D+H provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee as described below (the "Guarantee") for its products ordered on this web site. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products or services, simply notify us within 30 days of receipt of your completed order and we will reprint your order or refund your money. Please check your order details for accuracy before submitting your order to D+H. Please check the contents of your completed order promptly upon receipt from D+H.

Please contact us by phone at 1-800-497-1475, Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time) if you have any questions or concerns with respect to the product received by you.

The maximum aggregate liability of D+H and its affiliates for all claims made by you in connection with any product or service provided to you under this Agreement, regardless of whether such liability is based on breach of contract, tort, strict liability, breach of warranty, or otherwise, shall be equal to the purchase price exclusive of all taxes paid by you to D+H for such product or service.

This guarantee is in lieu of all other warranties, representations, conditions and guarantees with respect to the products and services provided under the agreement. D+H expressly disclaims any other warranties, representations, conditions and guarantees, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantable quality and fitness for a particular purpose, whether under common law, statute or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage of trade.
